Emissions.claims provides a service to help individuals check if they may be eligible to make a claim against vehicle manufacturers for alleged emissions irregularities. We act as a claims management company, connecting potential claimants with legal representatives.
No Win, No Fee
Our service operates on a "No Win, No Fee" basis. This means that if your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be charged any fees. If your claim is successful, a fee will be deducted from your compensation as outlined in the Conditional Fee Agreement that you will sign with the legal representatives.
Eligibility
To be eligible to use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have owned or leased an affected diesel vehicle between 2009 and 2018
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your vehicle and circumstances
